3. Cancellation and No‑show Policy

• At Ascot Boutique Hotel, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • Any cancellations, for any reason, will not qualify for a refund of any amount paid, whether in full or in part.

  • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive or check in), the full booking amount will be forfeited, with no refund or credit issued.

  • This policy applies to all bookings, including promotional, discounted, and group reservations, unless otherwise stated in writing by management.

  Guests are encouraged to carefully review their travel plans before confirming a booking.

  By proceeding with a reservation at Ascot Boutique Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

4. Guest Obligations & Conduct

During your stay at Ascot Boutique Hotel, you agree to:

• Provide valid identification (ID or passport) at check‑in, as required by law.

• Respect the property, furnishings, and other guests.

• Abide by Hotel rules (e.g. no smoking in non‑smoking rooms / common areas, no illegal activities).

• Accept liability for any damage or loss caused by you or your guests during the stay.

5. Liability & Indemnity

• The Hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or personal property due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. theft, natural events, guest negligence).

• You agree to indemnify the Hotel for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from breach of these Terms, misconduct, or negligence on your part.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on www.ascothotel.co.za (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Ascot Boutique Hotel.

7. Links and Third‑Party Websites
